Powered by genuine Apple Mac hardware, with our Mac Bare Metal service we also support macOS.

Our realistic SLA (Service Level Agreement) promises hardware, network, and infrastructure uptime of 99.9% for all Flow cloud services (excluding scheduled maintenance, DDoS or force majeure). If we fail to meet this guarantee, you will be eligible to receive a credit to your account.

A choice between three support plans. Economy support is included and good enough for non-critical environments in which traditional severities and response times aren't needed. Business support is for environments with business-critical environments (starting at 500 CHF /mo). First support is designed for clients that operate business-critical 24×7 environments, which require highest priority of cases handling and a dedicated Technical Account Manager (starting at 5'000 CHF /mo).
